They may seem blunt, but after the consultation, when I later emailed with a question, I remember them kindly replying, so it was fine. Rather than giving very detailed consultation content, they showed actual surgery case photos, so people who fit that style would probably like it. I also liked being able to see people with the same case directly through the photos.
