Before the in-person consultation with the director, I first had an online consultation, and they were very kind. They kept consulting with me, asking me to send more photos first, and that’s why I ended up visiting in person. They answered all my questions and explained things while showing me before-and-after photos as well. I was satisfied with the consultation, and the manager was kind too.
