I went for a consultation about alar base reduction, and the doctor seemed very cool and cynical. They only talked about the consultation topic and honestly said this surgery is not one with very high satisfaction and the effect could be minimal. I went in with high expectations after reading blogs, but hearing that made me trust them because they were being honest, though it also made me hesitate about actually getting the surgery. The clinic itself was small and the facilities were not that good. Still, the doctor seemed like an honest person.
