It seems like they prefer doing things naturally without implants. They seemed to understand very well why my nose turned out the way it did, and probably how the surgery had been done too. Those parts matched me well, and the explanations were kind, and it felt like the result would be satisfying too. The consultant wasn't overly formal in their kindness or excessively kind either. It was just the right middle level of kindness, so it didn't feel burdensome. Since it's a revision, I'm planning to go around a bit more before deciding.
