I had surgery 5 years ago! I had a short bulbous nose and a pretty high bridge. The tip was raised with ear cartilage, septal cartilage, and mesh (they said they’d open it and put it in if needed, and they ended up putting it in). Then the bridge was narrowed with osteotomy. They also seem to have corrected a slight crookedness in my nose. I don’t remember the exact price, but for a first surgery at the time it was expensive. Probably because they also treated the rhinitis and then did the osteotomy. In the end, I’m extremely satisfied. Until the 3-month mark, the swelling between my eyebrows was severe, so I was oddly dissatisfied (though people around me didn’t notice at all. They only said things like, ‘What changed? You lost weight!’). Then, as I forgot about it and the swelling went down, my nose became incredibly glamorous and pretty. I think they said this was a place that makes surgery look unnoticeable, but since I already had a bridge, they refined it into a straight, slim line to match it, so it ended up looking kind of glamorous..? There are no side effects, and the tip hasn’t drooped or risen; it has stayed pretty. If I had to point out complaints, it would be that I can’t do a pig nose, and when I smile my nose somehow turns into an arrow nose.. The design is completely straight, so it looks a little masculine? I think the doctor’s aesthetic sense is a straight nose with a long tip. Since my midface is short and my impression is a bit strong, I think that design suits me well. Over the past few years I’ve gotten lots of compliments that I’m pretty. The boyfriend I got after 5 years also likes my nose the most on my face; I’m grateful to the doctor.
