I had nose surgery 6 to 7 years ago. I used silicone and septal cartilage, and as other reviews mentioned, I remember being upset that they used mesh without discussing it with me in advance. Fortunately, I’ve been living well without any side effects, and the tip of my nose hasn’t dropped and has stayed pretty and well maintained, so I’m grateful. If I had to name one disappointment, it’s that I kept shouting for a natural result right up until just before anesthesia, and they really made it very natural, so now that’s a little disappointing
