I don't know why it's so popular... They're definitely not some master with a real aesthetic sense or someone who does reconstruction noses especially well. They seem to handle the basics, but... after surgery, mine looked too artificial and unnatural, and breathing was harder than before, so I had revision surgery somewhere else. And they used to be extremely kind, but maybe time has passed..? Or they're busy..? They're cold now.
