I could feel that he was reluctant to do surgery, and it felt a bit off. It felt like he was doing the consultation against his will. The consultation manager also seemed reluctant to give me an estimate, but I strongly felt like they were telling me not to do it. Still, I think that is better than a consultation that is overly confident with no basis and says everything can be done. That said, because the director was passive and didn't want to take risks, I didn't feel like I wanted to go ahead with surgery.
