The consultation was incredibly thorough. They checked my condition carefully and explained the possible outcomes and even the worst-case possibilities, along with surgery options 1, 2, and 3!! They felt around my nose to check its condition, and when I brought pre-op photos, they compared them with my current state and explained the removal prognosis in a way I could understand. Overall, it was good.
