I arrived at the hospital, filled out the preliminary information, and then immediately had a consultation with the director. Other hospitals have you meet the consultation manager first, but here I met the director first, which I liked. The director explained everything in great detail and has a very clear style. He said he doesn’t really use the septum, and that he would shape the nose tip with ear cartilage, shave down the hump, and add silicone. He also recommended alar reduction. If you ask to see after photos, he shows them, but it doesn’t seem like the results are dramatically different. I recommend this place for people who want a natural look.
