I went for a consultation about a bulbous nose, and because I wanted to keep my rhinoplasty as natural as possible, I didn't plan to put in silicone, but they said it would be better to put in about 2 mm. They even asked if I had no plans for fat grafting to the forehead lol. But at the three other hospitals I visited afterward, all of them opposed it because my glabella was too narrow and putting in silicone would actually make my eyes look closer together.... I think they just like silicone. Even with silicone, the price is about 1.5 million won cheaper than other places.
