The consultation with the doctor was conducted kindly, but I felt a sense of resistance because it seemed like they were strongly recommending things that other hospitals had never even suggested. My eyes are long horizontally, so when I went around for consultations, everywhere first asked if I even needed canthoplasty and said I didn’t, but here they were the only place that said I should do both the front and back canthoplasty. I’d heard a lot that the back canthoplasty is a risky surgery... The staff weren’t exactly rude, but even when customers came in, their reaction was lukewarm. Overall, it was not great.
