I thought about revision surgery for a long time and went to consultations everywhere. After finishing all the in-person visits, this was the hospital I remembered the most, so I had a second consultation. The director looked at the CT and explained everything carefully, and checked the inside of my nose while palpating it during the consultation. They explained clearly what was possible and what wasn’t, so that was a plus for me. He laughed, ha ha ha, here and there, and it felt like he had mental breathing room too. While talking with him, I felt like, ah, this person has a peaceful mind. The consultation manager with short hair is such a wonderful person. If you talk with her, I think you’ll realize she has a genuinely good character. I felt like I was worrying together with someone, not alone. Her empathy doesn’t feel artificial. It’s a difficult nose, so I’m still choosing between two hospitals, but this is my top pick.
