For a revision surgery, I found it odd that they only recommended ear cartilage. Even though I said I wanted the tip of my nose not to droop and not to look too natural, they said there was no need to use costal cartilage. But my first surgery was done only with ear cartilage and it drooped too much, so I was worried, and if you’re aiming for naturalness, it might be okay
