I had seen his YouTube videos and thought he was so kind that I went there, but I was shocked. During the consultation, the manager came in, and then Director Kang Eun-taek also left. So I was like, what is going on? The manager said another manager would come and help explain things. But the consultation with the director wasn’t even over, so why suddenly end it? I had used vacation and traveled all the way to Seoul just for this consultation, and I was just so shocked. They ended it without saying anything at about 40% of the consultation. If they couldn’t perform the surgery, I wish they had at least told me why, so I could have understood. They looked inside my nose with a cotton swab and just left, and I wondered if something was wrong with me. It was traumatizing that someone who had worked there for a long time and seemed so kind on YouTube acted like this. I hope they don’t do this to other people in the future. Of course, I couldn’t even get a quote.
