I went for a consultation about lateral philtrum shortening, but both the director and the manager said I would also need the medial side if I didn’t want it to look like surgery, so I’m torn My length is only about 1.5 cm even if I do the medial side, so if I shorten it any more I think it’ll look too cute, so for now I’m thinking I might just cut the lateral side + nostril base.
