The facility is reasonably clean and the staff are kind. As you can probably tell from the reputation here, the doctor isn't the type to just smile warmly and be easygoing, but rather kind within a proper boundary with a smile. That's closer to saying he has good manners. He guides the conversation well so you don't feel upset, and he explains the appropriate limits well too. You feel reassured because he seems confident. That said, don't expect much from the post-op laser. They do give a CO2 laser, I think, but the machine itself looks old. Compared to the good machines you'd see at a dermatology clinic, it's a bit odd. It looks like a soldering ironㅋㅋ Honestly, whether they do it or not, if you need it I recommend paying for scar treatment at a dermatology clinic. They do the surgery well, but scars are really case by case, Overall, I'm very satisfied satisfied!
