My expectations for the consultation and surgery with the director were not low, but the estimate was expensive, and above all the consultation manager's pressure to make a reservation was severe. While not properly explaining the matters that needed to be arranged, it felt like they were pushing responsibility onto the person making the booking. In the end, I did not go ahead with the surgery.
