The consultation was long and detailed, so the consultation fee didn’t feel wasted at all. Like other reviews said, it felt like I was listening to a lecture on nostril reduction. I liked that they analyzed my nose shape in detail. The manager also spoke in a comfortable atmosphere and was kind. The director clearly told me which surgeries would be good for my nose and which ones would not be suitable (the director seemed very busy and spoke extremely fast, so you have to understand well.. the director consultation is short). But the cost is really expensive. I wasn’t interested in raising the bridge of my nose, and went in just wanting to change the nostril shape, but for my nose, if only nostril reduction were done, breathing would become uncomfortable and the shape would look strange, so I’d need surgery to improve the nose shape overall, including nostril elevation, alar base improvement, and columella grafting. Even just nostril reduction is expensive, and once several things are added, the amount is beyond imagination.. I expected it to be expensive because I had heard that a lot, but it is truly, truly expensive....
