First, the consultation manager does the main consultation, and based on that summary, the consultation with the doctor is very short, under 5 minutes. I spent over 30 minutes with the manager getting explanations and an estimate for the needed surgery and methods. I usually avoid clinics where the manager has all the power, but she was so kind that it didn't feel burdensome. The doctor is very firm and sharp. I recommend going in with only the most necessary questions clearly organized.
