I had nose surgery, but the size of my nose didn’t improve much, so I looked for a clinic famous for alar reduction to at least reduce the nostrils. Since I’d heard on YouTube that this was a clinic where people got alar reduction, I went straight there to check it out in person. The director is rather blunt, but seemed skilled. First, the consultation manager gave me an estimate and basically said to go ahead with almost everything as planned.
