The consultation staff were extremely kind, so I visited in a good mood. I went straight into the doctor consultation with no waiting. As soon as the doctor came in, there was a strong cigarette smell. It was hard to breathe because the air was so stale, like he had just smoked 10 cigarettes. He mumbled while wearing a mask, spoke in a very low voice, and his pronunciation wasn’t clear, so I had to lean in close several times just to hear him. The cigarette smell was awful, and because I couldn’t even hear what he was saying, I was getting dizzy trying to figure out what he meant. He quickly explained two surgical methods, and when I asked something I was curious about, he scolded me with, “Didn’t I already tell you?” No, a layperson can ask again because they don’t know, right? If he wants to make money, shouldn’t he explain it multiple times to persuade me...? He quickly showed me several procedure photos, and told me to choose the surgical method myself. The consultation manager actually explained the surgery more cleanly and in a way that was easier to understand.
