It was exactly 10 years ago, but I still remember it vividly, and from reading the posts, it seems they’re still pretty much the same. First, even if the consultation manager and I talked well, the doctor had different thoughts, and the message did not get through well. You should not make the naive mistake of thinking that just because you talked well with the consultation manager, everything will turn out fine. I wanted it to be unnoticeable, but during the surgery there was a lot of bleeding and in the end I swelled up enormously; it was an unusual case. I think the swelling lasted for a year, and the line was set much higher than in the consultation, so I kept visiting the clinic to consult and worry, and I remember the consultation manager treating me kindly. But the doctor first said the swelling would keep going down, and even after several months it didn’t go down that much, so they said something was wrong with me. When I heard that, they were being sarcastic, like, "Did you wait this long just to hear this?" ... I’m planning to choose a clinic very carefully for any revision surgery.
