I couldn’t have an in-person consultation, so I had a non-face-to-face consultation over KakaoTalk. I sent current photos, and the manager passed them on to the doctor to get the doctor’s feedback. Since I’m still before the recovery period, they only told me simple massage methods. Because I couldn’t actually visit the clinic, I gave three stars for professionalism, facilities, and expectations. When I asked about the consultation reservation, the manager read my message but didn’t reply, so I gave two stars for staff kindness.
