To book a surgery date, I was told I had to pay part of the surgery fee as an advance reservation deposit, so I paid it. But right after paying, before even a few hours had passed or even a day had passed after setting the date, I asked if I could change it to another day, and they said no because I'd already paid, so they just took my money... In the end, I went somewhere else.
