Other than the fact that the consultation started with informal speech from the very beginning, I have no complaints about the clinic. The surgery explanation was very professional, and the surgical results were also good. But being told that it couldn't possibly hurt when I was saying it hurt really hurt my feelings...☆ Apart from the director's lack of friendliness, I'm satisfied with everything from the results onward.
