I had consultations for double eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty. I visited after making an appointment, but there was some waiting time, probably because they spent a long time on the consultation. The doctor answers very well whenever I ask about things I'm curious about. He recommends additional things that might be good to do, like epicanthoplasty or a hump reduction, but left the choice to the patient.
