Both the doctor and the staff who consulted with me were kind. Even when I asked several questions, they treated me well without looking annoyed. When I went in, the doctor looked at my eye shape and told me what needed improvement. They said the surgery method would be an incision, so I'm a little worried about swelling, but from the reviews of people here, it seems like it should be fine!
