During the consultation I talked more with the manager than with the director, but the director did listen when I asked questions. The manager and staff were kind. My flat philtrum was turned into a philtrum dimple, and I feel like my impression looks a bit sharper. But more than I expected, the scar tissue made speaking and smiling with my mouth feel awkward for a long time, which was hard. They gave me scar-tissue injections and it feels like it's loosening up a bit. I hope the philtrum dimple lasts a long time. In the end, it was okay.
