I spoke with the manager, and they have a real talent for making a very simple story sound strangely complicated. Since we had already communicated enough by text and this was a call from the office, they could have just given me the basic cost details, but the numbers kept changing. The internal event price is 180 million won (tax included), the external one is 165 million, and the mouth corner + marionette line is 350 million (tax included). The actual total is 6.95 million won, but the manager said the total was 5.3 million. The regular price is 242, the event price is 180, the external one is 226, and the marionette line additional fee was originally this much, and so on. Even while explaining it, they seemed confused about the numbers? The manager explains way too much. I was going because I heard the doctor is skilled, but the consultation manager is kind of ... talented at making things complicated. After the first call, I immediately sent photos and videos by text, and since I had already covered everything roughly in that first call, they could have just had the doctor review the photos and videos and then, on the last call, talked only about the needed costs. But they kept dragging it out with extra things and it just made me really irritated. From the start, I had no interest in dimple surgery, but they kept recommending dimple surgery, and even though I had already sent my age by text, they kept asking me again and again how old I was. A manager should be someone who can communicate clearly in the first place. What do you do if basic arithmetic doesn't even work?? Ah, I guess this place just isn't meant to be for me.
