They were very kind and recommended ear surgery, so I did it. I had it under local anesthesia only, without sedation, and even now, a year and a half later, the shape is still holding up well. The counselor was very kind, and the doctor is a bit cool and aloof, but I think they're warm on the inside in their own way. They explained everything I asked about.
