The atmosphere felt more formal than I expected. It was nice that they explained things in a way that was easy to understand even while using professional terms. Thanks to that, I learned things I didn’t know before, and it became easier to figure out exactly what surgery I actually need. If I have surgery at Uain, I think it will turn out pretty.
