Like everyone else, it was really uncomfortable and hard until the packing came out. Other than that, there wasn’t really any big problem!! Breathing is definitely easier, which is great, and I hope the swelling goes down quickly.. I really recommend function-plus-aesthetic surgery! My nasal congestion has improved a lot, and I’m satisfied.
