After the CT scan, I had consultations with the manager, doctor, and manager. The doctor’s touch while examining me had a bit too much force, so my nose turned red lolololol. The doctors before were careful and used cotton swabs and things like that, haha, but it didn’t feel bad or anything. They examined me thoroughly, and said I wouldn’t need osteotomy because of the bridge of my nose, and that the silicone should be 3 mm + autologous costal cartilage. They said not to use ear cartilage, and not to touch the septum at all, because otherwise the supporting force would weaken. So it would just be autologous costal cartilage and silicone, with sedation anesthesia.. There is an anesthesiologist, but they only handle general anesthesia; sedation is done by the chief doctor. For fat grafting, they said the temples would eventually hollow with age anyway, so they’d do a little on the forehead and put some in the temples. Also a little on the front cheeks and the sides of the cheeks. Not the nasolabial folds. Because the space between my eyebrows and eyes is narrow, they said it might be good to get a forehead lift later. Including the event price and same-day reservation, including the nose surgery For fat grafting, 500 if only the first session / 545 if up to the second session At that price, it was about exactly what I had in mind, and it really started to feel right. Also, that doctor said my nose seemed like it would turn out well too lol Ah, it really made me want to get the surgery soon haha~ The manager was calm and detailed and checked everything carefully. The only clinic that preferred tablet input, and they also recorded photos of noses I like and noses I don’t like on the chart. However, other places offered 100% refund on deposits for cancellations up until 3-4 days before the surgery date, but here it was 2 weeks... haha so I wanted to pick a date quickly and get it done, but I’m still thinking about it, and that part is disappointing.
