I went in for a low-nose consultation, and the manager was really kind. The director also seemed to explain the surgery very kindly in their own way. I went to consult at this hospital because I heard they had good aftercare, and they definitely emphasized that part. Also, the director recommended using costal cartilage even for a first surgery, so I think they definitely have a surgical method they prefer.
