Among all the hospitals I've consulted at over the years, this was the first time I've met such an unfriendly doctor. About 10 years ago, I got a nose filler injection that didn't dissolve, and recently that area started looking bluish like it was bruised. While searching YouTube, I saw the CEO doctor from Miorum Plastic Surgery explaining things, and I trusted him, so I booked a consultation for a nose filler dissolving injection. Even though I arrived earlier than my appointment time, I still waited about 20 minutes, and of course there was no apology. And during the consultation, he didn't even properly look at my face or nose, and talked while keeping his eyes fixed only on the chart (the chart had nothing on it except personal info and a record of one procedure). No explanation. He only answered the questions I asked. I was told that since it's been a long time since the filler injection, it isn't necrosis, but I'm worried because it looks bluish -> 'We'd have to open it up to know.' End of story. I asked whether the fact that it turned blue was a problem -> 'What matters is whether other people see it that way. If it looks fine to others, then it's okay, right?' (Even while saying this, he absolutely did not look at my face lol. I came to get a consultation so I could be diagnosed from a doctor's perspective, not from a layperson's perspective, right?ㅎㅎ) If they're going to respond like that, then why even offer free consultations? That was what I thought. I had a 3-minute consultation and there was nothing to call a consultation, so there was nothing to even get an estimate for. It's a hospital I never want to look at again.
