It wasn't much of a change with the no-implant option, and the tip of my bulbous nose didn't become much more refined, but it's better than before. I wanted it to never look like I had surgery, and I prioritized a natural result above all else, so I'm satisfied. If you want something where people around you won't know you had surgery but you can feel that something has changed, I recommend it.
