I've been worried about my bulbous nose since I was young, and after thinking about it for a long time, I finally had surgery. It wasn't that I looked for a no-implant clinic from the start, but as I got consultations and heard about various side effects, I naturally became afraid of putting in silicone. The director seemed to prioritize safety above all else.. I hear it's hard to succeed on the first try with a bulbous nose, and sure enough, it still feels a bit blunt even after surgery. The difference from before the surgery is very slight, so unless I tell people first, they can barely tell. I feel disappointed every time I look in the mirror. And no one told me, so I didn't know, but there was a scar behind the ear where they took out the ear cartilage, and my ear has felt uncomfortable for over 3 months.. For a first surgery, the price is also quite high.
