Not bad. It’s definitely higher than before. I wasn’t really looking for a dramatic change anyway, so since there’s no implant, I feel less worried about side effects. However, they aren’t the type to really pull the columella out much, so I didn’t like that part because mine was sunken in. Also, the asymmetry of the nostrils is a bit disappointing. It’s definitely improved compared to before, so I’m just living with it. Someday I want to fix the columella somewhere else.
