Before I went, there were so many reviews saying the director scolded people and got angry that I wondered, is that really true? At first, it was fine for me. I think other people may have been dissatisfied with the one-sided style of communication because of the gap between a professional and a nonprofessional. The consultation was done to fit my nose, and they said it was a difficult case because it was a crooked nose. The cost was pretty high, too.
