I had surgery with Gore-Tex 10 years ago, and because the tip of my nose sagged, the nasal skin got thin, and the bridge was too high, I went around looking for clinics and had surgery here. It was 3-4 years later, so I don't remember the exact price. Because my skin was so thin, they used autologous dermis from the buttock cleft, dermis from behind the ear, and ear cartilage. Since the implant was removed, my headaches disappeared and I feel so much more comfortable. I trusted the director's skills and went ahead. But the embarrassing part was that the operating room door was opaque, but the upper part was transparent. When they were harvesting the autologous dermis from my buttock, someone walked past the door, and because it was a tall man, I felt like if I turned my head it would be visible. Luckily he just passed by, but it was really embarrassing. Anyway, I was under light sedation, and the shape was set beautifully into a natural-looking nose shape (they said it was a difficult nose case because of severe facial asymmetry, thin skin, and so on). I don't regret the surgery. I feel grateful that I can live with a normal nose like this.
