I had heard a lot about the doctor having a temper, but the consultation was actually refreshing because they spoke very directly, so our back-and-forth was good. It was even fun. However, the cost is wildly expensive, about twice as much as other places. Even taking a re-revision surgery into account, it is expensive, but everything else is tempting. Still, I am deliberating because the surgical reviews are bad. I think satisfaction can vary from patient to patient, but the stories saying their response style is just to leave people hanging are bothering me.
