First of all, there was no CT scan. They just touched me with their hands and looked at me. But at another hospital, after a CT scan they said my skin was thick, while here they said it was extremely thin because I had filler. I wonder if they can tell just by looking. And while we were talking about the nostril wings, when I asked something, they said, "That's not what we're talking about right now." I had seen a lot of posts saying they scold people, but it was still a bit embarrassing I did learn a lot about the nose though, and they were extremely confident, so I'm thinking about whether to do it here. I probably will end up doing it here. They said my nose should absolutely never have silicone put in, and it felt like the originator of no-implant surgery..? That made them seem pretty trustworthy. But there are so many comments saying it's too natural, so I'm conflicted
