At first, I went because my first surgery only reduced the bridge of my nose, and I was looking for a way to improve it so it would look natural and harmonious. I had surgery with silicone, and the result was an extremely obvious, unnatural surgery look. Because I also had facial asymmetry and a short nose, they didn’t properly explain the drawbacks. After suffering from silicone inflammation, I consulted about using autologous dermis for a more natural look without inflammation and went ahead with revision surgery. In the end, there’s no inflammation and it looks more natural than before
