Three years ago, I had surgery for a deviated septum and rhinitis, and also underwent cosmetic surgery for a dorsal hump osteotomy using ear cartilage without an implant, as well as alar reduction. At first I looked too much like Pinocchio, but the tip gradually dropped and now I have a droopy, hooked tip. My crooked nose looks even more crooked, the hump is uneven, and the effect of the alar reduction is minimal. Still, I look somewhat better than before surgery and it is not unnatural, so I have simply lived with it, but I am planning revision surgery. It does not seem like a clinic that is particularly good at this. Even right after surgery, I had to keep taking medication for months because of inflammation, which was difficult.
