I had my first surgery here about 8 years ago. It cost around 3 million won at the time? I asked for a natural result that wouldn't show, using septum, silicone, and ear cartilage, but they made it look glamorous, so I hated it at first. It wasn't what I wanted But even though it was glamorous, I did feel that they were really good at making it look natural too. After that, I kept hearing from a lot of people that my nose was pretty. I still look at my nose and marvel at it. How did they make it like this? That's the feeling
