The director is kind, professional, and very responsible. There are many people without a conscience, but the director here is a good person. However, the consultation manager here is the type who is busy making excuses and covering things up. When patients bring up things they commonly worry about, rather than answering with accurate knowledge, they always respond like they're trying to put out a fire by throwing a blanket over it. So I just don't believe what that manager says and brush it off. No matter what they say, it's always like everything is fine and there are no problems, and one day I even thought I wanted to record those words and, if a problem came up later, go to that person and claim damages. You're a nurse, not a doctor... Please don't make diagnoses, and I hope you'll at least consult with the doctor. Stop cutting things off on your own like that... You'll lose customers.
