Because my nose was a complex issue, I had the usual things done like the bridge and tip, and also had the alar base slightly adjusted. I was a bit afraid of silicone, so I had autologous dermis recommended and went ahead with the surgery, and it came out beautifully, My alar base also no longer looks spread out. Since they said there’s no concern about absorption with double dermis, I think it’s worth considering for people with concerns like mine. The consultation was also explained in detail several times, and the director was so kind that I felt comfortable.
