It was definitely better than my previous nose, and I liked that the doctor's goal was the same as mine. My nostrils were small but my nose was thick, so if I had done a typical alar reduction, my nose would have been ruined. It would have ended up looking like an outlet shape. There was some scarring left, but I really, really liked the shape.
