I had alar reduction and alar fat reduction, and I was quite satisfied. The shape of my alar base, which had not improved after my previous nose surgery, improved quite a bit. Before the surgery it looked really strange, but after surgery here the alar shape improved and my nose as a whole became more natural. There is some surgical scarring. It is not severe, but it is a little inconvenient because foundation gets caught in it when I put on makeup.
